The basis of internet communication is twofold: structure and accessibility. Structure lets you format thoughts and ideas into pages, accessibility gives your audience the ability to find and consume those ideas. Good sites do not exclude potential audience by requiring a specific browser or piece of technology to access information.

Problem Solving
An important part of any occupation is the ability to see through difficult issues presented to the organization, to find useful and appropriate solutions.
Here are some examples of accomplishments using problem solving.
Podcasting
The Physician Director for our Center asked for ways . physicians could utilize downtime (travel/commuting, home, away on business) to earn CME. I developed a podcast offering to meet this need.
Awards
One of the accomplishments our team succeeded with was submitting clevelandclinicmeded.com to national award committees. Our hard work was validated with many awards recognizing the educational content and usability we built in to the website.
